Carol is the founder of McKenzie Gayle, a tourism consultancy where she works on a diverse range of tourism projects.  She is a sought-after speaker who now lectures part time in business and tourism to BSc students.  She also trains and coaches tourism executives and is an advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion for the hospitality industry.
